Personal information regarding children under the age of 14
Our Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not target minors under the age of 14 and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under the age of 14. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a client under the age of 14, we will promptly delete the information from our records. What personal information we collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect, and may have collected in the preceding 12 months, certain categories of personal information about you, including:
- • Identifiers and contact information: Such as your first and last name, your birthdate, your telephone number, your billing address, your shipping address, your phone number, your email address, online identifiers, such as your IP address, unique device identifiers, social media usernames or handles, and other similar identifiers.

When you visit our website, third parties with whom we work, such as Google, may use cookies and other technologies to collect personal information and other information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. Sharing your personal information

Service providers: We may disclose your personal information to our service providers, which help us do things like process the payments made on our website, host our Site and online services, and provide technical support and logistics services, secure our databases, Site and services, and deliver our products (such as IT service providers, cloud storage providers, email service providers, etc.). Furthermore, please note that, since Bikini Village is an international company, this type of disclosure might lead to a cross-border transfer of your personal information. Do not track
Some internet browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Please note that, because there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, we do not interpret, respond to, or alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Retention of your personal information
Bikini Village will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and as otherwise required by law to access the information to meet our legal requirements globally. We may retain personal information for a longer period if a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Crossjurisdictional transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and stored in secured locations and on servers controlled by Bikini Village or its service providers located in various jurisdictions for the same purposes described in “HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION”. Protection of your personal information
Bikini Village operates with suppliers and fulfilment centres located across the world. Different countries have different regulations when it comes to personal information. However, Bikini Village takes steps to ensure that all its partners and suppliers comply with our data and rights protection standards and that your data is secured through methods approved within the relevant Data Protection laws. Please contact us if you would like further information about how we protect your information.
Bikini Village uses appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to secure the personal information it receives, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by way of negotiating contracts with our technology suppliers, implementing policies, training our employees, protecting our network, keeping technology up to date, applying the latest security patches, restricting access to distribution frame rooms and limiting access to data within technology solutions.
However, no method of safeguarding personal information can guarantee absolute security. Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal data, the transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that your personal data will remain secure in all circumstances.
We use payment card processors during order processing. Your payment data is delivered directly from the browser to payment card processors, who handle your payment card data subject to industry standards regarding security. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account, purchase history, and device. If you have created an account, please safeguard and do not share your credentials.
Your data protection rights
Bikini Village would like to make sure you are fully aware of your data protection rights under the applicable laws of the state in which you reside. Please note that, depending upon your state or country of residence, these rights may or may not be available to you, in whole or in part. We may choose, at our sole discretion, to extend these rights to you even if we are not required to under applicable local law, but we reserve the right to deny such requests where not required. You may have the right to know and access what personal data a business has collected from or about them and how that data is used and shared.

The right to delete your personal information.
You may have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. However, please be advised that we may refuse such a request if, for example, we need to conserve the personal information to comply with our legal obligations.

Exercising your rights
We are committed to responding to data subject requests within the timeframe mandated by applicable law. If, upon review, we determine that the law does not grant you the specific right you seek to exercise, and we opt not to fulfill your request at our discretion, we will provide you with the reasons for the denial. Otherwise, we will respond within the time period required by applicable law and provide you with an explanation of the result of your request.

Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request regarding your privacy rights without verifying your identity. We will typically not charge a fee to fulfill your request to exercise your privacy rights, however, when permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive in character. Alternatively, we may refuse to act on such a request. In any case, we will notify you of our choice and communicate to you the reasons behind it. Please do not provide any sensitive personal information in connection with the privacy right request, such as a driver's license, social security number or other government-issued ID.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request regarding your privacy rights without verifying your identity, so your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information. If you reside in a state that grants you the right to authorize another individual (an “authorized agent”) to submit a privacy right(s) request and wish to exercise your privacy rights through an authorized agent, we may request evidence that you have provided the authorized agent with power of attorney or that the authorized agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit a privacy right(s) request on your behalf. Individuals may provide us with a signed and dated power of attorney naming the authorized agent as their representative.

If a requestor asks us to provide them with specific pieces of personal information, we may require they sign a declaration under penalty of perjury and/or provide other appropriate proof of identity that they are the individual whose personal information is the subject of the. Appeals
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to appeal a decision by us regarding your privacy rights requests by emailing us at privacy@bikinivillage.com within a reasonable time following our decision or within the timeframe provided by the applicable law. To submit your appeal, please provide the same email address that you used to submit the initial privacy rights request and, if submitting by email, please add “Appeal Request” in the subject line of the email, with your name, state of residence and contact information provided, and a detailed reason for your appeal. Please do not provide any sensitive personal information in connection with the appeal request, such as a driver's license, social security number or other government-issued ID. We will generally strive to respond to your appeals within 45 days or otherwise as required by applicable law, and we will let you know if we require additional time to finalize a decision on your appeal.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Bikini Village does not sell, rent, or share your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share your information with third parties, such as third-party advertising and analytics providers and social media platforms, for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising in accordance with your privacy preferences and settings. This type of disclosure of your personal information may constitute a “sale” of your personal information under certain state laws and may also constitute the “sharing” of your personal information under the CCPA. To the extent our disclosure of your personal information constitutes a “sale” or, in California, the “sharing” of your personal information, you may have the right to opt out of our “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information by submitting an opt-out request or by clicking on the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our Site. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Bikini Village has disclosed identifiers and contact Information, internet or other electronic network activity information, and commercial information to third-party advertising partners (including social media companies) for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, which may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. As discussed above, we use third party cookies and other online tracking technologies for advertising.
We generally disclose for a business or commercial purpose, and in the preceding 12 months we may have disclosed for a business or commercial purpose, the categories of personal information listed above in WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT to the below categories of entities, including for business or commercial purposes as described in WHY WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- To our service providers who we use to support our business;
- To other third parties, such as our marketing and advertising partners, regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and other third parties in connection with legal requirements, to third parties in the context of a corporate transaction, and to other similar third parties where disclosure is required for an ordinary business purpose.
We do not use your sensitive personal information for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA as set out in Cal. Code Regs. tit. § 7027(m). We do not sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
Notice of Financial Incentive
We may offer consumer price discounts, coupons, or access to loyalty programs, to contests and to other promotional programs. These benefits may constitute “financial incentives” or “bona fide loyalty programs” under certain state laws (collectively “Financial Incentives”). If you decide to participate in a Financial Incentive, we may ask you to provide identifiers, such as your name and contact information, commercial information, such as your purchase history, and/or other categories of personal information and we may draw certain inferences about your preferences. We may also disclose this information to our service providers who perform services on our behalf and/or to our marketing and advertising partners, including for targeted advertising purposes. You can opt into a Financial Incentive by following the sign-up or participation instructions provided, and you have the ability to opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in the applicable invitation or promotional campaign or by contacting us at privacy@bikinivillage.com. If you request that we delete any of your personal information that is essential to providing you with the Financial Incentive, we will not be able to provide you with the benefits of the Financial Incentive. In certain cases, we may provide additional terms and conditions, which we will provide to you when you sign up for the Financial Incentive. If you choose to opt out of the sale of your personal information or withdraw from participating in any of our financial incentive programs, we will not discriminate against you. However, if you choose to opt out or withdraw, you will no longer be eligible for the specific financial incentive tied to your participation. For example, if the incentive involves discounts, rewards, or special offers, you will no longer receive those benefits once you opt out or withdraw.
Typically, Bikini Village does not put a monetary value on your personal information. However, to the extent that certain state laws, such as the CCPA, require that we provide a valuation of the personal information collected in connection with a Financial Incentive, we value your personal information collected and used in connection with each Financial Incentive as being equal to the value of the offer or benefit presented to you within the Financial Incentive based upon our reasonable and good-faith estimation of the value of such personal information, taking into consideration, without limitation, the purpose, value and number of participants of the Financial Incentive, the expenses related to the collection, use and retention of the personal information in the context of the Financial Incentive, and the expenses related to the administration of the Financial Incentive.
